What the ticket includes
One suitcase up to 25 kg and 80 × 50 × 30 cm — it goes into the luggage hold with a tag showing your seat.
A carry-on up to 7 kg — a backpack or bag that fits the rack above your seat.
Second suitcase
Add it at the “Passengers” step — “Extra suitcase up to 25 kg”. After payment — via “My tickets” or support, if there is still room in the hold.

Frequently asked questions
My suitcase weighs 27 kg — what happens?
The driver usually lets a small excess through. If it is much heavier, you'll pay as for a second suitcase or move some things to your carry-on.
Can I carry a parcel for someone?
No, we don't carry items without their owner: the hold is only for passengers' own things.
Who is responsible if my suitcase is damaged?
The carrier. Show the damage to the driver right at arrival and write to support — we'll file a report and compensate.
