Frequently asked questions
My passport expires in a month — will they let me through?
The passport must be valid for the whole trip, ideally 3 more months after you return. If it's close, renew it before travelling.
Can I travel with a Ukrainian ID card?
No, leaving Ukraine needs an international passport. The Ukrainian ID card doesn't open the border.
If I'm turned back at the border, do I get a refund?
A refusal by border guards isn't a trip we cancelled, so the ticket isn't refunded. Check your documents in advance — and write to us if in doubt.
